1. General

Flying Desk Mahjong is a brand operated by Vantablack Business. All orders, payments, invoices, customer support, and related business activities may be conducted under the name Vantablack Business. By placing an order with Flying Desk Mahjong, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Pricing

• All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Promotional prices are valid only during the stated promotional period.

3. Orders & Payment

• Full payment is required before shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Orders will only be processed upon receipt of payment.

4. Product Information

• Product photos are for illustration purposes only.
• Due to differences in lighting, screen settings, and manufacturing tolerances, actual products may vary slightly from the images shown.

5. Delivery & Shipping

• Delivery timelines provided are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs clearance, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery to the courier or upon receipt by the customer.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information provided is accurate.

6. Inspection Upon Receipt

• Customers are required to inspect all products upon delivery.
• Any damage, defects, or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order, together with clear photographs or videos as evidence.
• Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.

7. Returns & Exchanges

• Returns or exchanges are only accepted for products with manufacturing defects or incorrect items supplied.
• Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
• Normal wear and tear, misuse, accidental damage, improper storage, water damage, or unauthorized modifications are not covered.

8. Warranty

• Warranty coverage, where applicable, is limited to manufacturing defects only.
• Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, accidents, improper handling, exposure to moisture, heat, or unauthorized repairs.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Flying Desk Mahjong shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of its products.
• The maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product concerned.

10. Intellectual Property

• All product designs, photographs, logos, branding materials, and website content remain the property of Flying Desk Mahjong unless otherwise stated.
• Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.

11. Cancellation

• Orders may only be cancelled before shipment.
• Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
